The ladies at MDBC are some of the greatest in the world.  Following the example of Lydia, Phebe, and other women of the Bible (Acts 16:14 & Romans 16:1 KJV) they meet regularly to set special goals, study relevant Bible lessons, and conduct special meetings.  Together, they accomplish some of the greatest tasks for the cause of Christ.

The Bible teaches church members to be "Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;" (Romans 12:11 KJV) and MDBC tries to take it to heart. It conducts local church business meetings once a month.  Believing every church should take care of its own business, it grants each church member an equal voice in that business.  In its associational work, MDBC also helps take care of state, national, and foreign church business.

You are invited to join in and lift your hearts and hands up to the Lord in song at MDBC.  You are also invited to join the church choir where you will not only sing, but also learn to sing your best, realize that singing is one of the great ministries of the Holy Spirit, and experience the closeness of God that singing can give you (Ephesians 5:19 & Colossians 3:16).

MDBC provides regular Bible classes in English each Sunday morning at 10:00 A.M. and in Spanish at 6:30 P.M.  It conducts Vacation Bible School on an annual basis and several special studies throughout the year.  It also sends offerings to support TBI and considers this part of its Great Commission: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you..." (Matthew 28: 19,20 KJV).

MDBC has a close-knit group of men who realize their responsibility to God, church, and family.  This group meets on a regular basis to learn about serving God, to pray, to help take care of the needy, to perform maintenance around the church, and to keep abreast of church business (read Galatians 6:1-10).

Youth at MDBC learn to be responsible church members from their nursery years to their college or occupational years.  They attend annual camp, take active part in services, and meet regularly for fun and fellowship.

MDBC believes in and trusts its youth, having invested in its youth the word of God and the love of Christ (see I Timothy 4:12 & II Timothy 1:1-5).

MDBC provides church programs in which members can take part and serve Christ.  By serving this way, the member can experience a more rewarding life as she or he grows closer to God.  New programs are added as a need arises.
